I have also added this PPPS because I figure that otherwise - NPOWER's 'COLLECTIONS DIRECT' will start to harass me:


"PPPS Please make sure to put my account upon 'hold' so that I do not receive any threatening letters from COLLECTIONS DIRECT (an NPOWER subsidiary) until the above issue has been resolved."
