i rang the above number...to have a chat with an operative - who was to tell me that he couldn't tell me the name of the plumber who would call - nor the time of day....i therefore explained that the boiler hadn't actually broken down and that it was simply a fault with the living room radiator and not an actual 'emergency'...the operative then rebooked my appointment for the morning of Tuesday the 6th of october (next week)....and hopefully it won't be scarlett's lee...it will be somebody who can actually identify the real problem and repair it.

i asked if i could have confirmation of the above and was told that i would be notified the day before i.e. i would receive a text or email upon monday the 5th of October....(although my sixth sense was to pick up on something connected - in relation to the 10th of October)...go figure.

anyway, it being halloween and all that...if anybody rings my intercom today... i will not be answering it - just to be upon the safe side, you understand....honestly, the lengths i have to go, to keep safe.

...now why would 'that' remind me of Andrew marr?...ha ha ha...anyway, it doesn't actually fly but looks a bit like it does...because it can leap huge distances and tends to jump off high places, onto its victims.....go figure:
