I have just had a word with the new PHELAN team who are here today…and they look like they are going to sort out the electrics for 3 other flats as well as mine - if they can only get hold of MR HARTLEY…

Did I mention that HARTLEY is supposed to cover the whole of the SOUTH OF ENGLAND for PROJECTS21?

I told the PHELAN guys that I had heard that the above was true…in relation to this MANCHESTER-based company PROJECTS21 and they confirmed the above….how HARTLEY had to drive all over ENGLAND and from KENT, to get the jobs done…overstretched to the nth degree.

So MR HARTLEY has probably bitten off more than he can chew…a puppet used by MR OSBORNE and probably a really nice guy who is being thoroughly exploited by this company…in fact, I can remember remote-viewing the above…a bunch of ‘users’ at the main MANCHESTER company who didn’t have too much to do (they had ‘seen HARTLEY coming‘)…the MANCHESTER crew had enough employees to cover everything…

HARTLEY needed a job so badly that he promised the Earth - he would cover the whole of the SOUTH OF ENGLAND for them…and I can ‘see’ where he is today…OXFORDSHIRE as far as I can see on the map or a bit more to the right…and struggling to do as many jobs in one day with his partner, as possible…poor sod…PROJECTS21 will sack him in the end…whilst exploiting him ruthlessly until the end of the duration of his contract…they don’t like his face…nor his ‘private/public school accent’ I suppose…HARTLEY had bitten off more than he could chew because he COULDN’T GET A JOB ANYWHERE…so he had badly offended the ill cult…and therefore HARTLEY was so thankful and grateful to this disgraceful company PROJECTS21 for giving him a job, for exploiting him ruthlessly etc etc…in the end, he will get very depressed…go to the doctor for anti-depressants…get suicidal for a while…and then ‘go back to college’ and learn how to set up your own business…this is what the ill cult drive people to…young people who have done nothing wrong at all…

HARTLEY just needs to go ‘independent’ and work in his local area…job done. Your self-respect intact. Its the tried and tested way of people who go against the ill cult.

However, without a practical and marketable skill such as being an electrician…and without any money to set up a small business…those like myself, had no chance.

It has to be said thought that there ARE millionnaires/billionnaires who managed to start up their own businesses despite ill cult extreme abuse…kept them afloat…made a lot of money, in the end…but you have to be as hard as nails and always one step ahead of the ill cult game. AWARENESS IS KEY.

PROJECTS21 is an ill cult INSECT INFESTATION and they need to be drummed out of town…out of MANCHESTER…every one of them. All ruthless, exploitative bastards of the ROTHSCHILD cuckoo variety.

It all came back this morning…poor old HARTLEY…what a life…echoes of my own…not to mention his partner who appeared to be doing all of the work…how much did that talented and skilled young man get paid - £5 an hour? Whilst HARTLEY tried to manage the admin - travel arrangements to the next job…ordering new parts and picking them up…countless things to do, apart from the actual work…snowed under, the pair of them.


Everybody who is a 'significant stand-in' for one of the top ill in this 13TH ONE GAME - will have offended the ill cult - the ill wouldn't miss an opportunity to abuse...and with HARTLEY they obviously didn't...poor kid...what did he do? Echoes of what had happened to various SOLIHULL SCHOOL friends of GILL such as 'Marve'...who had been put upon the same bracket as myself...gong room...not allowed to work in this country at all...only allowed £50 a week benefits to exist upon for the rest of my life...etc etc...

Yes, after working abroad as an extremely abused 'spy' for the ill...SCARLETT rented me out (I didn't see a penny) to the CIA and they swung things a little...so I then 'got jobs' as a temporary contract secretary in STATE-run organisations that they wanted to investigate...still on less than £5 an hour though...that didn't change...

That is what the ill did to the author of the HARRY POTTER books (apart from the last one) and that is why I am continually asking for EVERY PENNY BACK FROM THE SALES OF THOSE BOOKS AS THE LEGAL AUTHOR...WHO DIDN'T SIGN ANY CONTRACTS FOR THE USE OF THE MATERIAL FOR FILMS/GAMES etc....
