Anyway, the kind 'information officer' - not an 'assistant' in fact...rather like MARTIN GILL's father who used to occupy that post but I haven't seen him recently....then checked for the DVD and ordered it for me...


She was the one who had heard from MANNINGTREE LIBRARY that I was a gentle soul and 'bookish' and that any silliness about me being 'mad' in their books...needing a wheelchair and 'special materials' for the hard of hearing and seeing - was obviously rubbish...which is why the library staff then began to 'wake up'...
