Why Can’t the English Just Give Up That Class Folderol?

I was looking at the above article which I got to on a search for NEWS OF THE WORLD hacking of the ROYALS...and a good thing too...how else would stuff like PRINCE CHARLES loving tampons get into the public domain etc etc...

Anyway, I read through...realised that my life at 14 St Bernards Road had in fact been 'upper class' because my mother couldn't afford to replace the threadbare stair carpets (which had shocked GILL - no self-respecting Solihull housewife would have been so 'negligent')...and then I decided to look up that odd word in the title of the article:

FOLDEROL

I suspected PLEDGE or something like that, at work here and sensed MCDONALD somewhere along the line:
