Yes, I can see the point of this comment but one has to dig a little bit deeper - it is highly unlikely that the AIDE got it wrong...and so we can say that the QUEEN has her 'mother's little helpers' in that particular department - and who might they be?
Who was running the DEPARTMENT FOR CULTURE, MEDIA AND SPORT in 2004?
