Today I had my 39th swim of the season upon Friday the 13th...and I remembered SCARLETT'S POLICE as having worked it out: THE 39 STEPS...they had explained it to me but I cannot remember what is was all supposed to mean, symbolically...except a bomb in Big Ben?
