So what sort of hold does the CROWN have on CYPRUS at this point in time - are they part of the COMMONWEALTH?

Now as far as I can remember DAVID DABYDEEN had told me that the Caribbean part of the Commonwealth should be allowed to vote in UK elections but they are not allowed to do so.

Yet the CYPRIOTS are allowed to do so.

You see I have just had a VOTER REGISTRATION FORM come through the post and upon the back it states:

“NATIONALITY

People who are entitled to register to vote:

British citizens.

Citizens of the Irish Republic

Citizens of other European Union countries.

EU citizens will be registered as local government electors only (except citizens of Cyprus, Malta, or the Irish Republic, who can vote in all elections). For more information about registering to vote in European Parliamentary elections, please ring the helpline.

Qualifying Commonwealth citizens. This means Commonwealth citizens who:

- have leave to enter or remain in the UK;

- do not require such leave.”


I am not sure I get this - firstly how come those of a different nationality - are allowed to vote in our UK elections -anyway?

Is it because some people live abroad as tax exiles most of the time and have got a ‘dual passport’ as a result?

I was told by a rather nasty overseas SINGAPORE student at WARWICK that the Singaporeans were allowed to vote in UK elections…and he got rude when I told him that I didn’t know that one…he couldn’t even speak English that well…

According to ‘rude guy’ the SINGAPOREANS living in SINGAPORE all voted in the TONY BLAIR election of 1997...they liked to exercise this right of theirs in a foreign country - isn’t that crazy? I mean I would bet that some of them had never even been to the UK before…

What I mean to say is this:

If the whole of SINGAPORE had voted for TONY BLAIR’s party - how many would that be - what is the population of SINGAPORE? Plus the fact that a sizeable number of the population would be quite cheap to bribe…I ‘sense’ vote-rigging here.

Yes, I can remember now ‘rude’ guy got even ruder after I had joked ‘do we get to vote in yours (elections)?’

Additionally, I do not know whether this is relevant or not…”it is” says MCDONALD but MCDONALD’s cover-story that he was to tell me in SHANGHAI 2003 was that he had been living in SINGAPORE for years…doing too many drugs/drink and helping out the ‘bar girls‘ with money - ended up in bed with a MONA LISA prostitute (you know what I mean)…ended up getting his best friend’s wife pregnant…she divorced him and had the child…he took the child in the end (apparently she didn’t want the little boy anymore) and then he married a Chinese woman and moved to NYC…he worked in one of the TWIN TOWERS as a business consultant but wasn’t there the morning of 9-11...and after that, he and his wife had decided to return to her home town of SHANGHAI for ‘safety’.

Do I need to say that I couldn’t remember MCDONALD at all in SHANGHAI…but by taking just one look at him - the above story sounded entirely believable.

In relation to the encounter with the ‘girl-boy’ MONA LISA prostitute:

MCDONALD (with a flourish) went down upon his KNEES before me and shouted:

Yes, I would guess that the MONA LISA was a coy reference to surviving MARTIN(E) GILL.

It was also a reference to how MARTINE had been anally raped by TODDY, MARK R and MCDONALD in her MARTINE alter. She had to turn around - not face them - then sit upon their lap…the image MCDONALD flashed to me at that point in time was of a sort of Eastern geisha outfit…and make-up.

In fact, I can remember now…we had carefully staged it beforehand - to act as an aide memoire ‘trigger’ - although I was clueless at the time, years later on - in SHANGHAI…
