OBAMA then reminded me of a couple of things:

Firstly - after MARK R had conned him...he would be USA PRESIDENT but that he would be an NWO puppet and a useless one...a black useless puppet president who was paranoid to the nth degree that somebody would find out that he had been the original 'actor' for the OSAMA BIN LADEN videos....cue 'BUDDY'.


OBAMA wanted to invert that one - how would he go down in history as one of the best presidents?

My immediate thought was 'try instituting a national health care system - such as the UK used to have but are now doing away with - with hospital trusts....and you will go down in history as a GOOD GUY...'


You see - the USA had never ever had this...

My brother HUMPHREY had made an extensive study of the USA 'under-class' and that was billions...none of them would make it off 'welfare state hand-outs'....or rather only 1%...the problem of POVERTY is MASSIVE in the USA...and they are the LARGEST population...

This 'under-class' which he had researched with the LOS ANGELOS police officer...were generationally deprived...

What I mean is - in the UK it is happening now...say in CLACTON....you can see families who had a grandfather 'in a job' but not their parents and they do not expect to be themselves...this has been going on for far longer, in the USA..."the USA has had that 'tradition' since slavery" says TODDY.


The people who are on 'welfare' are not allowed NHS healthcare...they have to rely upon 'hospitals for the poor'...and as my father said about this type of thing...it was so underfunded and sometimes run by doctors who wanted to do 'good' in the world until they gave up through stress and ran for it..."you would pay to stay away from such a hospital"...


Rather like COLCHESTER then eh - to all accounts? What is going on there...
