I can now see why MR PUTIN found me so funny with my 'rapid communication' explanation as to why I found myself in a cafe/bar across the main square from the cathedral with MR FISHMAN...yes, I was communicating as rapidly as I could...as I had learnt from PAVEL KUCERA...in my CZECH classes....it doesn't matter what you say and how you say it...just talk rapidly...and eventually the other person will get the message that you are trying to convey...PAVEL was a brilliant communicator...he could get his meaning across with a simple vocabulary of words and if he couldn't...he would ask you '20 questions' to get the RIGHT WORD....then he would remember it...
