Apparently if you type in S at start to 'search' (and then sp...and then spa, and then span and then spans or was it spana) - the files that you pull up control the whole system and if you then change the preferences to yourself...this enables you to take control of the whole system.

TODDY wanted an easy system...rather than having to spend days changing preferences...

The problem with files appears to be this - if the TITLES have been changed...you might think that an inconsequential 'temporary download' can be deleted but it might actually be a system driver...and vice versa...a system file might be a virus...if the names have been changed.
