The above is a scan of the NPOWER cheque, recently sent to me - because the meter reader didn't turn up.

On the back of the cheque is this number: 956799


Anyway, today I went for my 38th swim of the season.

On my way back - I visited the '3 MONKEY' JSB cafe...the JOLLY SAILOR BOY...

...and I was thinking of MCDONALD's gangster joke as I did so - we were all at the seaside and MCDONALD had handed MARTIN a MAGNUM icecream (which he couldn't eat because he was diabetic).

MCDONALD flashed him an image of a MAGNUM GUN - the likes of which CHARLES BRONSON would be proud to own and said something along the lines of:

"WELLMART - have a MAGNUM - or would you prefer 'the other one'?"

The joke being that psychologically...he couldn't accept the icecream/magnum gun offered.

MARTIN opened his eyes wide and grinned - meaning 'big trouble'.

Anyway, I went into the JSB today and remembered having gone in with MARTIN (in his deeply depressed 'she never loved me' alter) and he told me that the 3 MONKEYS used to go in together and buy a THORNTON's ICECREAM - his was the TOFFEE TEMPTATION one but he couldn't eat it...but I could...so why not?

It was all very MARVIN THE DEPRESSED ROBOT time "enjoy it - I won't" sort of thing...and this is now MARTINE's gift to MARTIN...she had found out his programming, from his teenage years -MARVIN THE ROBOT...TODDY loved this 'character' of HITCH-HIKER'S GUIDE, more than any of them.

As far as I know MARVIN is 'core programming' and when unlocked, it will cure him of 'roboticism'.
