....and so what's happened to O2 then, dazzlenation?...what with O2 clacton staff...including rodway's adoptees - doing a moonlight flit etc etc....has the company effectively gone down...is that why there has been a merger with virgin media etc etc...oh and nobody has bothered to update this wiki entry, to that effect....additionally, i wasn't sent an email informing me of the merger, as an O2 customer...which i should have been, surely?....i simply got a fraudulent bill - telling me that they would be taking £52.27 this month etc etc....which is why i then pulled out, at the last minute...and along with cancelling my direct debit - my bank also decided to recall all £30.13 payments - made since the summer of last year etc etc....just in the nick of time, eh?...of course i will repay the agreed amount but not a penny more when it is all settled and to my satisfaction etc etc...and so when are they going to finally, come to the table to discuss it?...no answer back, so far.....hmmm....there appears to have been nobody manning the complaints desk at O2 and for so long....that one wonders if anybody works there, at all - nowadays.....and what else, dazzlenation?...well, for the first time in my life - remember my experience with lloyds/barclays which had not been good, to say the least etc etc....remember how lloyds had stung me - circa 2000 and for so much - regarding the event of 3 bank letters - arriving upon the same day, two days and not three days - after i'd gone into an overdraft by mistake (due to direct debit, i might add) and of less than a £1 - to then be charged £25 per letter...remember 'cathy waldegrave' working through that bank, at the time - 'earning it by being evil' etc etc....anyway, now i realise - that not all banks are that bad...they can be a good thing....take the HSBC for example,...they protect their customers from fraudulent etc etc.....lol...something that i do not have the money or the legal expertise to do etc etc...see previous posts.....go figure:
