.....and finally, i have a response back from 'louise garnett's address, dazzlenation - an 'address' (heaven only knows who is at that desk, nowadays) that has not bothered to reply to any of my more recent emails, at all....although she is apparently still 'out of the office' but then it is early evening....lol....go figure:
