This is the weirdest thing that came up last night...and it surrounds the children's book LITTLE BLACK SAMBO...now grandmother CLAYTON used to have a copy of this book...in those days it wasn't seen as a racial slur...and she didn't treat it as such....in point of fact and this is what is weird...I 'know' that it was something to do with ill cult knowledge...scientific knowledge encoded in a very simple way...as a memory aide for children who had been used to push back the frontiers of science (whilst their brains were in that massive spurt of growth)...the knowledge was encoded in an occultic way...and it is all about GOLD...yes, that philosopher's stone. I have as yet to remember what...but something about the BUTTER made out of the TIGERS chasing each other's TAILS...rather like the serpent swallowing its tail...I had to count how many tigers...and there were 5 as far as I can remember...not 4.

The Story of Little Black Sambo is a children's book written and illustrated by Helen Bannerman, and first published by Grant Richards in October 1899 as one in a series of small-format books called The Dumpy Books for Children. Sambo is a South Indian boy who encounters four hungry tigers, and surrenders his colourful new clothes, shoes, and umbrella so they will not eat him. The tigers chase each other around a tree until they are reduced to a pool of melted butter; Sambo then recovers his clothes and his mother makes pancakes of the butter.[1] The story was a children's favourite for half a century until the word sambo was deemed a racial slur in some countries,[2] and the illustrations considered reminiscent of "darky iconography". Both text and illustrations have undergone considerable revision since.
