"No - you just had to look different after the 'op' in 1979..."

So the 'I look totally different in profile but not upon a full frontal photo' was key?

Apparently most intelligence agencies were operating upon PROFILES on CCTV as key ID markers...

...and that is probably why I suggested to EMB upon the WARWICK campus 1997 - to look at 'shape of the back of the head' in a crowd....simply because i could recognise, say my mother's head in a second...within a photo of a crowd of a hundred people or more - if the photo wasn't blurred...and if you knew a person relatively well...you would be able to pick them out rather quickly....in short, PROFILES on CCTV were too limiting...

...and as far as I know...ROBERTO CIPOLLA was put in charge of that project, amongst other things...imaging the skull....
