I think that this must be a reference to 'what we found out on the PENTAGON research files'...MCDONALD saying 'they know the cure for CANCER' for example...and why these files have to be used in order to create a better world...currently jealously guarded by the ill to protect the ill OIL/PETROL/CAR INDUSTRY...
