in relation to my neighbours...I have had two letters addressed to a PHILIP DAY (with one or two Ls I cannot remember) and instead of going round BELLE COURT to find out if there is such a person...I have simply put them back into a postbox with 'redirect - unknown at 2 belle court)...so as far as I know...that should be all right.

The last letter had GREEN/WHITE zebra effect around the envelope...it looked semi-official but I cannot remember the company...something ending in CH...

Anyway, I can remember RIMINGTON setting somebody up, who lived in this block to use my address as a 'pick-up' point so that they couldn't be traced...and that is why I haven't tried to find out who it is...or simply pinned the letters to the CHP noticeboard...
