EL CID to fool the GULLS eh?

What is going on?

I know this is all about that US ill cult programmer called 'GULL' in the US AIRFORCE...or was he actually called 'seagull' I cannot remember...anyway, he programmed RIMINGTON as a 'gull'...in remote-viewing terms...

ROZ was told that her 'laugh' was rather like listening to GULLS in the distance...funnily enough, she did make that type of sound, when helplessly laughing, in the CIA LAB...

So the networks are now telling me 'they are feeding the gulls with a 'dummy' in the helm'...yes, that is what is happening but why?
