Mad March, Grumpy's Alternative News.

I scrolled down to think about the RAVENS AND THEIR WRITING DESKS...but in fact it was a CROW...

"Plus the severed thumb, probably from a crow that fell from the sky in Ilford was weird. (It led to a killer's conviction.)"

A severed 'thumb' of a crow...since when did they have thumbs? What is the news story attached?

"Talking of crows, Percy, a one-legged crow has turned up in Felixstowe again after almost four years."

PERCY?

'purr see why' - TOMLINSON turned up as 'just a peg with an extra leg'?

Another charge over Ilford severed thumb kidnap

Mr Ahmad has been missing since leaving work nearly two weeks ago
Police have charged a man in connection with the kidnap of a man whose severed thumb was found in a London street.

Mahmood Ahmad, 41, from Watford, vanished after leaving work at a kebab house in Aldgate, London, on 7 March.

A thumb was then found in Ilford, east London, and forensic science service tests showed it belonged to Mr Ahmad.

Sharif Mohammed, 36, of Ilford, was charged with false imprisonment and remanded in custody until 24 May. Four people have now been charged.

Mohammed Riaz, 33, of no fixed address, has been charged with kidnap, false imprisonment, harassment and dwelling burglary.

He will be held in custody until 24 May.

Arnold Yousaf, 18, of Waltham Forest, east London, and a 17-year-old from London who cannot be named, have also been charged with kidnap. Both remain in custody.

A further two men and two women have been arrested but bailed while the investigation continues.
