Looking at MERESIDE WAY again...the WHITE CLAPPERBOARD houses, upon green lawns/landscaping...going down to the MERE...have all disappeared and been replaced by red-brick houses...I suppose RIMINGTON was going to leave no traces...she had lived in one of those WHITE CLAPPERBOARD houses...

There was no reason to take them down...the WHITE CLAPPERBOARD houses on the front at CLACTON...given to the British by the Norwegian government after WWII for some reason...are all in good nick...so unless there was an unforeseen structural fault in those houses...they should be still standing...but they are not...
