A LOWRI BECK meter-reader took both GAS and ELECTRICITY readings for flat 2, Belle Court, Ellis road upon the 24th February 2011.

However, the meter-reader had been told by LOWRI BECK to only take an ELECTRICITY reading.

Once I had informed him that I had, in fact, requested a GAS reading - and that LOWRI BECK had already taken an ELECTRICITY reading, recently - he phoned up his company and they told him to take a GAS reading too.

Therefore LOWRI BECK now has two up-to-date readings for both GAS and ELECTRICITY - please contact them for the results.

Could you now please send me a new electricity and gas bill, upon the cheapest tariffs available - taking into account that you have a FULL YEAR - from September 2009 to September 2010 of my ‘average gas/electricity’ usage per annum.
