My advice to MCDONALD (who may well have woken up by now from GILL's trigger in terms of PENGUIN and sleeping POLAR BEAR) is simply this:

DO NOT perform for any 'audience'. You are NOT a 'performing bear'.

Do what you have to do with your brains and talent...and only after you have finally finished what you set out to do...can you relax and bask in the glory, as it were...do not pay attention to those who would want you to 'act' and disassociate from yourself and what you have to do...in order to gain 'attention', 'privilege' and generally 'being liked' by the ill cult (because that is what they always made us do) the message is: BE YOURSELF and get what YOU have to do, done.
