I am simply surprised that the guy was allowed to say 'no' - in my experience - you wouldn't be given the choice, just tricked, kidnapped, drugged etc...and then put under mind control.

Secondly, that all of my generation - were 'under mind control' and from childhood...yet those like HELEN BROWNE had an option not to be put under further ALICE/OZ mind control programming at POWERGEN in the early 1980s...perhaps that was because she was on a 'secret joo' list...or perhaps it was because her father was secretly very wealthy indeed...but there again, ROWLING was both 'very wealthy' and jooish orthodox and she appeared to have been forced to be on the POWERGEN course - so who knows?

Perhaps it was simply all about 'those that the ill cult scientists wanted to experiment upon and those that they weren't bothered about'...two basic lists...
