No I didn't.

I simply asked for a legal bill.

Again the evil little mouse is trying to frame me up for being 'uncooperative' and so I will have to put her right on that one.

Dear Ms Beatty,

You appear to have difficulty in understand my emails - therefore I would recommend that you re-read them.

At no given point, did I reject your proposal - I would like to make that abundantly clear.

You however, have consistently rejected my request for a LEGAL bill.

That is why I am now suggesting that you pass my complaint on to your superior because you do not appear to be able to either understand my emails or to comply with a legal request.
