I have NO intention of using this PHONE FUND to buy a new phone because the ill wanted me to use up the last of my money upon a phone that I really couldn't afford...RIMINGTON had talked me through it...I was supposed to be too embarrassed to say that I was poor and couldn't afford the pricey phones then pushed at me 'hard sell'...

That is not the point here though is it? Can anybody tell me - looking at the dates above - why my PHONE FUND is going DOWN and not UP?

Firstly of all ORANGE is telling me in this latest text 26/11/10 - that they last texted me about phone fund upon the 8/11/10 - that isn't true. See below for second half of the text which arrived today (and see above for the date of the last ORANGE text about phone fund):
