'nationalrail.co.uk' says that there is such a train upon SUNDAY 5TH DECEMBER.

However, the appointment letter tells you that you should arrive there at least 10 MINUTES beforehand.

KATE's department tells you that you will arrive at 9.46am.

That is 8 minutes before your appointment. No it isn't...but I am thinking of something else here...9.54 the ill collar you in the subway - is that it?

Anyway, that gives you 14 minutes to get there for the 10am appointment...

I can tell you now that unless you JOGGED like a long-distance runner...you would never make it to ATOS in that time.

Secondly you might be lucky and get there for 1Oam but you are supposed to turn up at least 10 minutes early - according to their letter - and they put this in BOLD TYPE.

So what is going on here?

Firstly they are breaking their own 'requirements' as if to make you intentionally late...

Secondly - if you follow their instructions - probably the best thing to do...so what if you are late? They still have to see you...although they may refuse to see you that day and make you come for a new appointment and refuse to refund your travel fees...that is how nickety pickety piddling the sick ill are...
