They do not appear to be - judging by this PHOTOSHOP image. MCDONALD was making this point:

You can let your actors/actresses out in public...the stand-ins...but only the press are allowed to get near - your programmed photographers - who will then modify the images using PHOTOSHOP so that they look like KATE and WILLS.

No more 'walkabouts' for these two.

What MCDONALD is basically saying is this:

The original photo was taken over 7 years ago now.

In relation to more photos of KATE and WILLS - we will superimpose their heads upon the bodies of actors and actresses - the PHOTOGRAPHERS have been instructed to do just that.

MCDONALD communicated that one visually to me - by reversing the above - he has superimposed the face of the stand-in for KATE upon her body. He has also re-adjusted the face of PRINCE WILLIAM - with PHOTOSHOP so that it looks 'stuck on'.
