This was used upon the 3 MONKEYS and probably any number of men at GREEN TOWER...I know that it was used upon MCDONALD...something to do with learning to 'fly' as in REMOTE-VIEW again at GREEN TOWER and the ill cult trying to get control of their remote-viewing 'dragon' alters...
