I sent an email to my mother this morning - knowing as I did so that RIMINGTON had told me to instruct her to shop online for some reason...and I think that I am beginning to realise why...it ensures that the ill can put their contaminated food into your 'order' in the backrooms...

You see this morning...reading through THE DAILY EXPRESS that I bought on Wednesday...I came across the most common cause of gastro-intestinal bleeds...ASPIRIN. I then wondered about how easy it would be to contaminate somebody's food with aspirin...a lasagne or something like that...we did it to the ill cult teachers at LANGLEY JUNIORS (see previous notes upon their ROMAN BANQUET at the weekend - where young children were dressed up in bikinis and high-heels or as kitchen staff and forced to wait on these pigs - I was 'kitchen staff' along with MELANIE GRIFFITH...who found the vim and the kitchen staff all got onto it...)

I know that a doll at MRS FISHWICK's house also triggered her stomach problems...MARK R had programmed her to see it as a 'trigger'.

So in short, I didn't advise her to shop online:
