Anyway, HENRY would like to apologise to MARTINE for calling her 'SLITTY' at one point...this was a throwback to TODDY and RIMINGTON organising that first 'punk event'...and MARTIN GILL was in one of those new 'punk bands'...along with ROZ, SONIA and myself as 'THE SLITS' (the name was thought up by SONIA and then given to a bunch of older teenagers later on, see previous notes - who then formed THE SLITS as pop historians now know them)...and TODDY then came up with SLITTY AND THE SLITS as an afterthought...you have beautiful eyes MARTINE...and it was a puerile jibe to make...
