MCDONALD appears to have been pointing out PRUSSIA for the banking cartels...wherever that is, upon a modern map nowadays...between GERMANY and POLAND...and the UKRAINE?

i remember now...somebody giving me a clue as to all of this...it was in POLAND 1992-4 and the COMMUNIST NATIONAL BANK was being sold off...SONIA AND MARK were able to buy shares in it...and then cash them in later...for much more than they had originally bought them for...and a lot of POLES were naturally very annoyed that FOREIGNERS could buy shares...
