Lastly, MARK R found out that the ill were on their last legs...in terms of their financial system in PARIS etc...and he decided to quickly put together a program which i will describe as follows (because I was 'watching' him do it):

He saw the whole microchipped slave network as one 'collective human computer brain' and he had decided to PARTITION it...two different sides...warring worlds...I therefore had to under-write and undercut this program by writing another one which 'built bridges' as soon as his program kicked in...OSBORNE's network were aware of this one and reminded me to talk about it...just imagine bridges being built at lightning speed, over oceans from one continent to the next...in fact, that new bridge which is probably completed by now...from one Arabic country to another, across the sea (I forget the location)...that was another 'clue'...they told me that this would be a visual aide memoire...

...and the information going back and forth across these bridges...that was what the under-written program was designed to do...once MARK R had attempted to put the world into MEMORY DUMP...
