Apparently 170,000 square metres of it...that reminds me...what if you converted it to a 'reservation park' rather like the one in KATOWICE (the Communists may not have had many 'good ideas' to put it mildly - to aid the plight of the proletariat but that PARK was one of them - heaven on Earth away from the concrete jungle)...a wonderful place in the summer...it would certainly get the crowds off the streets...and it would be a good 'watering hole' for over-stressed CITY workers...
