I noted a woman park her car by the generator this morning...and I 'know' what she was supposed to do...tamper with my gas meter to make it look as if I had tried to fiddle it...

Today, I was supposed to go and leave the gas meter room door open...in order to check which key opened the gas as well as the electricity meter room door (you have to open two doors to get to the electricity meter room - it is in JACKSON COURT down a corridor)...so I was meant to leave it open for her to come in and tamper with my meter...naturally I will not go near to either meter room - until I do so with the meter-reader...I will not get my fingerprints over anything...
