A network is telling me...and it might be entirely fanciful...but it is the type of thing that I would like to believe:

First up - ARNOLD is not dead...like his father before him...his 'death' was faked for intelligence reasons...and in this case it was because ARNOLD and EDWIN suspected CAROLINE of belonging to the ill cult...and that had to be exposed...the mother had been a member of the HITLER YOUTH...a German woman called MARIA who was unrepentent...I can remember her once saying 'it would be different if we had won'...she died many years ago now...

So what can one make of the above?

...except that hope it is true.

I have also had 'flashes' a telephone conversation between my father and CAROLINE...who was telling him that it would be better if I wasn't invited to the funeral...and he agreed.
