The above - would be right up MR PUTIN's street...he knew all about psychology...his specialist interest and as one can see from the above...he wasn't alone, in the KGB - was he?

I was thinking yesterday about how the 'family' has been splintered in the UK, for most of us...we no longer grow up in extended families who 'live down the road' or in the next town/village...and that weakens us all in relation to protecting each other, helping each other out...offering advice and generally supporting each other...although some people are so glad to get shot of their 'terrible family' that they don't mind at all - I suppose it works both ways.

My family are representative of this 'splintering effect'...and it is a shame...although one can see that if one really wanted to make contact and to maintain it - the internet/mobile phones are invaluable...it is possible to keep in touch - just more 'difficult' in relation to employment, travel etc...

Look at what had happened to JULIA MCDONALD...I suppose that she wanted to stay in SOLIHULL in order to be close to her family...and yet without her husband around for most of the week...she was easy prey for the ill...it is a very difficult subject to get an overview of....

Again the misuse of the word 'perception' - what the author appears to mean is 'the evaluation of reality' - what ones SEES/THINKS/FEELS and subsequently EVALUATES as important in life...

...and what was JULIA to do?

Be 'up North' and under the protection of her husband but all alone in terms of 'friends and family'....or choose to stay in the place that she 'knew', with family and friends?

I suppose the point that I am isolating in the above, is that the splintering of the family isn't the real problem...the ill cult is...
