Dear Mrs Richardson

I would like to confirm that I, EMILY GYDE - have not changed gas or electricity supplier - I am still an NPOWER customer. I am also still resident at:

BELLE COURT
ELLIS ROAD
CLACTON-ON-SEA
CO151FH

I have been sent two ‘combined bills’ for ACTUAL readings and not estimated ones which are for two different amounts even though they are for the same time period. This is illegal and dishonest.

Secondly, you appear to have made quite a large mistake in the reading of my last email. I was not asking about future payments to NPOWER which I am obviously quite happy to make, as I am still an NPOWER customer.

My simple request was as follows:

I would like a final LEGAL combined bill (gas and electrics) from NPOWER and I want it in writing that I will not be billed for ‘anything else’ during my tenancy of the above flat - before the date of the last ACTUAL gas and electric meter readings - taken by LOWRI BEK company upon the 8th of APRIL 2001.

Please reply a.s.a.p - within the next 3 days.
