I am not 'in contact' with people who can THINK - just a bunch of STASI ROBOTS who are unable to think and act like 'mutant computers'.

First up - this last combined bill was supposed to have been a product of an ACTUAL READING and not an estimated one - based upon readings taken by LOWRI BEK company.

IT EVEN SAYS IT ON BOTH COMBINED BILLS that were sent to me - an ACTUAL and not ESTIMATED reading were taken.

...and yet this ROBOT RICHARDSON is now claiming that the bills were 'estimates'?


...and for MARCH 201?

...they cannot even get the YEAR right.

"This bill is not a final bill and I can not confirm that npower will not bill you in the future"

i wasn't asking about the FUTURE - i was asking about the PAST - I wanted a legal confirmation that after having received a FINAL BILL from NPOWER - who haven't given me assurance that they will not bill me for their 'unbilled periods of time' during 2010, that they will not bill me again for periods of time before the last LOWRY BEK readings were taken on the 8th APRIL 2011 - cannot these people understand plain English?
