That DICKENSIAN drugs counsellor...was apparently 'dealt with' by RUSSELL's social services people...what was she up to?

She used to 'house' orphans for a while...whilst pocketing the money...BIG-TIME.

The undercover CCTV in her house, picked that one up...also the 'beginnings of malnutrition' in her 'adopted children'...

I can remember her sitting at the kitchen table with her BIG STICK...and crying her eyes out...saying that 'only SHE really cared about these children...(nobody else understood them)...they needed ROD OF IRON...that was what they needed...and what did it matter IF....

A big IF here...'what the tide washed up lady' - then took out a tobacco tin of WHITE POWDER and snorted a large amount of what appeared to be PURE SODA...

"and what if it pays for me luxuries in life? Eh? What does it matter?"

The pure irony of it all.

The woman was an ill cult CLASS 'A' DRUG ADDICT.

RUSSELL and co, then investigated and found that the children were fed so poorly that it was tantamount to 'neglect' and they were removed. Fed on the cheapest foods - or not at all.

The woman was using the benefits that were supposed to be spent upon the children...upon her PURE SODA habit...and if they got 'fed' after that one, they were lucky.

A real POOR HOUSE in modern times.

RUBY IN THE SMOKE...and JULIE WALTERS plays this type of 'grasping character' so well as MRS HOLLAND...'tide washed up woman' is the same sort of thing...
