i was thinking about that GREY TWEED CAPPED lunatic, driving around CLACTON and realised that CYCLISTS need to be protected - they need nothing short of a CAR HORN upon their bikes.

You see, even when you ring your bell - pedestrians don't tend to hear it and step out into the road in front of you, without looking where they are going because they cannot hear a CAR coming and so think that they are safe...

...and if pedestrians cannot hear your bell - how much more so motorists with their windows up?

What you need on your handlebars is the equivalent of a CLOWN'S HORN...you know one of those circus ones...with the large rubber balloon at the back of a largish HORN...I am quite serious, I am sure that it would save lives.
