Upon what had been done to JADE's brain and also that of AMADEUS as far as I am aware...the image of the wire and silver bauble on the end of it, curled around the medulla...I 'know' that it was referred to as two things...firstly a CENTURION'S HELMET...because of the 'curve'...ROMAN SOLDIERS...secondly the '?' of SCARLETT'S set-up...he used the 'question mark' as his particular punctuation symbol...as AMADEUS was to use the 'ampersand' as in '&'
