Let me think a little bit more about NPOWER here - the question that I now need answered is:

Is the combined electricity and gas bill - the last bill that I shall recieve for the time period 14 September 2009 (start of tenancy) to the 8 April 2011?

...and that no others will be issued for that time period?

...because I can see that it is useless trying to get NPOWER to send me a total bill for the entire time period - they just won't do it for some reason (and the bills that they have sent out, don't cover the entire time period)...but I could try one more time...it is important because as one can see NPOWER lie like hounds...and in almost every single email back...

...and I do not quite trust the wording of the last email...I need one more proper 'assurance'...
