I am now at CLACTON LIBRARY upon one of their internet computers...and there are two RED POLES joined by a red sash - in the main programming area- by the stairs up to the first floor....

Funny how two male officials outside of the PRINCES THEATRE had tipped me off to RED this morning...one with a RED TIE and the other with a RED CARNATION - black and white suits...who are they expecting so 'formally'?
