Yes I am getting the gist of this collaborative story now...the SCARECROW was 'many men' at the castle...it is just that MR ICKE's entry was one of the funniest...and they were all 'thrown out of the EMERALD CITY' into munchkin/muggleland - forbidden to return (as I was - meaning 'forbidden to return, into intelligence circles') and RIMINGTON as 'glenda the good' turned bad and started doing bad things...

pretty much locked, and pretty much loaded -- more
So, what's this going to be? If you haven't already guessed it, this is going to be a serialized story like they used to do a long time ago in radio and still do regularly in comic books.

"Dorothy: Locked & Loaded" is the story of Dot, the granddaughter of Dorothy Gale, who freshly back from the Marine Corps and two tours in Afghanistan is taking over the family farm after the tragic death of her parents. Following a skirmish with some local and fiendishly amorous boys, she is knocked unconscious and is transported back to Oz, a place she thought would be pretty cool if only her grandmother's story could be believed!

But Oz is real! Only this Oz is not her grandmother's Oz, as we will see. Fifty years have gone by, and Oz has changed. With the disappearance of the Wizard via hot air balloon and the murder of both Wicked Witches, the Scarecrow was put in charge as the new Wizard as a result of his superior intellect. Only intellect doesn't always do the job, and now the Scarecrow is on the run, pursued by the new power in Oz, the once glamorously good Glenda, who now rules Oz with an iron fist, has transformed the Munchkins into mindless zombies and has upgraded the flying monkeys with nanotechnology.

This is the world that Dot awakes to, and she can hardly believe it.
