...perhaps PAT ANDREW was giving me a clue....because as far as I know, the stereotype of IRISH EYES is really blue ones...I remember JACQUI CARROLL telling me that she had Irish Catholic roots....and her eyes were so blue and her hair so black, with pale freckled skin...she was to me, the epitome of that 'look'....

...and yet over 10 years later on...PAT ANDREW was to tell me that her configuration of the 'stereotypical' IRISH EYES was of gold-coloured ones....a really, really light brown...

...and the supposedly SCOTTISH teacher from GLASGOW...who turned up at the BC to move in with PETER SMITH and his lover and his son....CLARE....she had GOLD EYES and black hair (dyed because she was quite old although lied about her age as so many women there did and upon their passports - all BI or something - so weird - why didn't anybody pretend to be a 'year older' and more believable?)....and she told me that having worked in SPAIN for many years as an EFL teacher...that she had realised that her 'look' wasn't GAELIC at all...it was SPANISH...so many people around her, had it...now where did she work in SPAIN...i forget...
