Anyway, I have downloaded the 'NORTON download manager'...and it automatically wanted to work in WINDOWS XP for no apparent reason...which i do not have on this laptop...I have WINDOWS 7 so I changed the compatibility in 'properties' and it still wouldn't work to download the new NORTON package and update my old one...so what is going on here?
