As my colleague advised you yesterday we have arranged to fully rebill your account. This will show you what you have used for the whole time you have been with us, how much you have been charged per unit and will include all the payments you have made.

Once the account has been produced our billing department will be in touch with you.

If you have any further queries once you receive the account this will be dealt with by the next level of our complaints process. This is because we do feel we have done as much as we can to help you understand your account.
