To break up the ONE RING of POWER - which had been MOON BASE and to 'share it' around - to prevent a monopoly and a ONE WORLD ORDER.

The ISRAELIS knew that the CHINESE didn't know as much as the RUSSIANS and they needed a head-start, before sharing the information/knowledge with the RUSSIANS - and that is what they were given.

MARK R had wanted the information/knowledge to only go to MCDONALD and the CIA...he was very annoyed about it...SC wasn't...he privately agreed with the decision-making but told me that I still had to give a justification to the CIA for my actions. I did so in terms of talking about how USA business culture and government is based upon MARKET COMPETITION and not MONOPOLY. The US government always tries to break up monopolies - such as MICROSOFT...the idea being that SOVIET-STYLE COMMUNISM doesn't work...no impetus to improve goods and services.
