TOMLINSON was AVA GARDNER as far as I can remember...

AVA was well known to be 'bisexual' as far as I can remember...and rather 'butch' with it...promiscuous with both men and women...I remember DALDRY talking about AVA as if she were a goddess...was he really thinking about TOMLINSON?

All I can say is this - I wouldn't have gone into that flat if 'AVA/TOMLINSON' had been in there in full drag...far too scary...the whole thing might have been fatal.
